Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping from our fulfillment centers. Orders within the United States ship domestically, while international orders are handled through our trusted global carriers.
Where do you ship from?
We primarily ship from our U.S. warehouse to ensure quick delivery (usually 3–8 business days). If U.S. stock is temporarily low, your order may ship from one of our partner facilities abroad to avoid delays.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within:
- USA: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 3–8 business days
- Other International Destinations: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, courier, and customs processing.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or major sales may take slightly longer to process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be modified.
If your order has already shipped, you may still return it under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — as long as the product is unused and in original condition. For help, contact info@roadvue.shop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express — as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted Shopify gateways.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund. Email info@roadvue.shop with your order number and our support team will assist you promptly.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices on our site are displayed in USD and are tax-free at checkout. Depending on your country’s import laws, you may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These fees are set by your local customs office and are not covered by us. RoadVue is not responsible for customs delays or fees imposed after shipping.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, please email info@roadvue.shop with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the issue
- A short description of the problem
We’ll evaluate your case and send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, email info@roadvue.shop. All returns must follow our Refund & Return Policy — items should be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and a prepaid label.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email info@roadvue.shop for follow-up.
What is your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders returned in their original condition and packaging. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
